A student leadership program to help new and existing leaders on campus improve their leadership skills, learn about leadership opportunities at Iowa State, and network with other leaders from across campus.

What is ISLE?

Iowa State Leadership Experience is an annual leadership program sponsored by the Student Activities Center, Office of Greek Affairs, Student Alumni Leadership Council, GSB, and the Department of Residence. This event is intended to help new and existing leaders on campus improve their leadership skills, learn about leadership opportunities at Iowa State, and network with other leaders from across campus.

What can I expect?

Sessions on leadership topics will be offered by respected student leaders, faculty, staff, and community members. Participants will get to interact with and learn about current topics in leadership and find new ways to collaborate across campus.

Dress is casual.

Who is invited?

Any ISU student who wants to enhance his or her leadership skills and meet other campus leaders. If you are just getting started in leadership at Iowa State, this is a great resource to help you on your way! If you are currently an organization president, adviser or instructor we encourage you to send your student leaders to ISLE.

What is the cost?

Iowa State Leadership Experience (ISLE) is a free event that includes dinner and great information for leaders!
