The Office of the Vice President for Research and Economic Development and "Strengthening the Professoriate at ISU" are sponsoring a workshop on NSF career grants and how to submit a successful grant proposal. All NSF career grant awardees have been invited to this event; junior faculty members are encouraged to attend.

Executive vice president and provost Elizabeth Hoffman will provide opening remarks. Michael Kessler, associate professor of materials science and engineering, and Aaron Sadow, assistant professor of chemistry, will discuss their own experiences with NSF grant proposals.
