All are welcome to walk through the renovated State Gym and its 94,000-square-foot addition. The facility isn't open for recreational use during the open house.

Closed for about 28 months for renovation and construction, State Gym will reopen at 6 a.m. Jan. 9.

The expanded facility features approximately 125 new pieces of weight training and cardio equipment, a recreational pool, two indoor jogging tracks, five basketball courts, a 40-foot climbing wall and Froots, a smoothie counter operated by ISU Dining.
