About the Facilitators
Lisa Kidder, Ph.D., is the Quality+ Program Manager at Idaho State University. She has over 20 years of experience working in online education as well as both higher education and K-12 teaching experience. Today, Lisa focuses on ways to improve teaching and learning with technology.

Mark Cooper, M.B.A., is an Instructional Technologist at Idaho State University. He works with faculty to create new online courses and improve existing ones, with a specific focus on using activities that promote active learning and engagement to improve the online experience. Mark brings over 14 years of experience as an instructional designer to the position.
