If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply need a break - practicing mindfulness supports your well-being and work-life harmony. The Strolls for Well-being at ISU offer opportunities on campus, or to pause where you are, and are designed to be flexible.

Come and explore how the Strolls can fit in your schedule, whether you have 30 minutes or 5 minutes. Participants will leave this session with an overview of the Strolls and experience how this program can support their overall holistic health.
