Join us for this 3-part workshop series to explore the Spring 2022 Strolls for Well-being: Press Pause and Take a Break. The workshop begins with an initial group meeting with facilitators to acquaint participants with the program options and to distribute the Guidebook. There are two additional group meetings in the series with facilitators. Participants are encouraged to enjoy the Strolls for Well-Being at ISU when it is convenient for them.

Participants will leave the workshop with:

- Spring 2022: Strolls for Well-being at ISU Guidebook
- Three in-person group meetings with facilitators
- Action plans on how to implement the Strolls program in their personal and professional environments
- How to incorporate the Strolls program for individuals and team-building

Potential benefits of Strolls, as a mindfulness practice, are to reduce your stress level, boost your immune system, improve your concentration and help you be less reactive in difficult situations.

More information about the Strolls for Well-being at ISU can be found on the ISU WellBeing website.

*** Participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions. The workshop series takes place on the following Wednesdays from 3-4:00 p.m. on central campus in the Student Innovation Center - April 6, April 20,and May 4.
