Ready to Run Iowa
Ready to Run Iowa is a nonpartisan campaign training program to encourage women to run for elective office, position themselves for appointive office, work on a campaign or become involved in public life as leaders in their respective communities. Registration is required.

Ross Adams, an assistant professor of architecture, will present his newly published book, "Circulation and Urbanization," which is a foundational investigation into the history of the urban. He contends that the urban arose in the 19th century in parallel to the emergent liberal nation state.

Walk-in Argentine Tango
This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. From 4-5pm, moves for beginners are introduced with a different figure each week along with techniques for better dancing. From 5-7pm, the floor is yours for dancing under the guidance of Valerie Williams, and for working with different partners. An intermediate level figure will also be introduced during this time.
