Argentine Tango Drop-In Lessons
This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. Classes meet every Sunday and drop-ins are welcome. Purchase a dance punch card and attend as often as your schedule allows. Open to ages 18+.
Cyclone Cinema: The King's Man
Cyclone Cinema is presented by the Student Union Board and showcases a variety of film genres, screening a different movie every weekend Thursday - Sunday during the semester. Sunday film screenings are in open caption format. All other screenings can be open caption as well, as long as the request is made to the staff prior to the movie starting.

Retirement reception: Sarah Nusser
Sarah Nusser, professor emerita of statistics and former vice president for research (2014-20), retired from Iowa State June 30, 2021, after more than three decades on the ISU faculty.

Grade Submission Using Canvas
The Canvas Gradebook is used to calculate students' grades throughout the semester. This workshop will focus on using the ISU AdminTools: Submit Grades tool to transfer midterm and final grades to the Registrar. Attendees will also learn strategies to ensure a transparent grading process throughout the semester.

The P&S Council is a representative body elected by, and responsible to, Professional and Scientific employees at Iowa State University. Meetings will be held in a hybrid format and are open to the public.
Performance: Paulo Padilha e Bando
Padilha is a master musician and educator who specializes in rhythm and song workshops. His music is born from the urban bustle of São Paulo and mixes traditional Brazilian rhythms and styles such as Samba, Forro and Maracatu with contemporary nuances. His band of master samba musicians and dancers will make you want to dance. The performance will also include a song with Lyrica, an Iowa State student treble-voice ensemble.
