"Little Dresses for Africa" Work Weekend
Simple dresses made out of pillowcases provide relief and hope for the children of Africa. We will provide the supplies, but can use the hands of volunteers to assist with making the dresses. From cutting fabric and ironing to sewing, there is a place for anyone who has an hour or two to spare.

Early American Pattern Glass Table Sets: Iowa Questers
What is a Table Set? How it was used? What other serving pieces were used with it? Lonnie and Lynn Sulzberger are Questers and members of the Early American Pattern Glass Society, and together they will answer your questions while showcasing objects from their personal collection of table sets.
Argentine Tango
This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. From 4-5pm moves for beginners are introduced with a different figure each week along with techniques for dancing better. From 5-7pm the dance floor is yours for dancing under the guidance of Valerie and working with different partners. An intermediate level figure will also be introduced during this time.

Last day of assigned registration start dates for Spring 2015 registration.
Seminar: Empowering At-Risk and Marginalized Students
This presentation will focus on academic coaching and intervention strategies for students on probation, first-generation students from low socioeconomic backgrounds, underrepresented students, and students who engage in high-risk behavior. The presenter identifies as all of the above, and will reference his own struggles as a student who abused drugs and alcohol before stopping out.
