This hands-on workshop uses the Overleaf editor to demonstrate the basics of LaTeX. Attendees will work through examples, experiment with common features, and take away a list of additional resources that can be used after the workshop to explore further.

This year, we are encouraging you all to recognize just how cool it is to care about the kiddos and families at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital. It's cool to care about putting forth our best efforts to impact these kiddos. Workshop: Tips to Provide a Student-Centric Environment
Ever wonder how to incorporate evidence-based teaching strategies that support student learning and well-being? This workshop will provide the attendee with five best practices along with supporting recommendations. Utilizing active learning strategies, participants will develop an individualized plan of action to effectively promote student success in their "classroom."
