Tuesday Tea
Come to the Farm House Museum to enjoy tea and conversation about all things Farm House. Mark your calendar from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm Tuesdays this month and enjoy the 150 year old structure in a whole new way. Check the University Museums website to learn what the discussion topic will be. Can't make it at noon? The Farm House will be serving tea from 12 to 4 pm on Tuesdays so stop in any time.
Faculty Senate meeting

How Do I Make Blackboard Learn's Grade Center Work for Me?

In this session, you will learn how to use Blackboard Learn's Grade Center to manage student performance, including how to create columns, enter grades, calculate final grades, create custom Smart Views, track student activity and export and import records with Excel.

Author and environmentalist Rick Bass is the author of more than 20 books, including the autobiographical Why I Came West and the short story collection The Lives of Rocks. Carolina Cruz-Neira is the W. Hansen Hall and Mary Officer Hall/BORSF Endowed Super Chair in Telecommunications in Computer Engineering, and chief scientist of the Louisiana Immersive Technologies Enterprise at the University of Louisiana, Lafayette. She will discuss integrating the ability to physically walk and run into a virtual environment, specifically in a CAVE-like virtual reality system.
