Workshop: Accessibility in Canvas
This workshop will focus on general accessibility practices that are available within Canvas courses. Accessibility and usability strategies are key to building successful courses for all users.
Campus conversation: Break the Silence
This campus conversation will focus on suicide awareness and how to take action in the community. A presentation with representatives from ISU Police and student wellness will conclude with small group discussions. All are welcome.

Visit Free During Extended Holiday Hours
This holiday season Reiman Gardens will be open until 8 p.m. on Thursdays between Thanksgiving and Christmas for visitors to shop at the Gift Shop and see the indoor holiday train display. This is also your chance to see the outdoor lights and decorations illuminated against a night sky.

Reception: Contend and Question Pop-Up Exhibition
Students in the fall 2017 "Community-Engaged Arts Management" class are hosting a free pop-up exhibition on the theme "Contend and Question." Drop off artwork from 11-5 Monday, Nov. 27, or 12:30-6 Wednesday, Nov. 29. A reception will be from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30.

Research Workshop: Submission software training
The Office for Responsible Research will transition to a new electronic system for submission, review, and maintenance of Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) applications. The a-tune tick@lab system will go live in early 2018, integrating research, teaching and testing protocols, animal procurement and management, as well as veterinary medical records.

Nov/Dec Craft of the Month- Watercolor Quotes
Use masking fluid to write out a movie quote, song lyrics, or a sassy phrase on special paper. Then paint layers of watercolor washes over your design.

Participants will learn about best practices for creating, organizing and structuring content in Canvas courses.
