Todd Schliemann, FAIA, is a founding partner and design principal in Ennead Architects (formerly Polshek Partnership Architects) in New York City. Among his recent projects are the Rose Center for Earth and Space at the American Museum of Natural History. The Richard Hansen Lecture in Architecture is part of the Architecture Advisory Council Lecture Series.

Earth Day Tree Planting
Friday, April 22 will be the 41st year anniversary of Earth Day. Plan to join the staff at Reiman Gardens with Warren Madden, Vice President for Business and Finance of Iowa State University, arriving to plant a tree and join in the Gardens' festivities.

Cultural Night continues CANCELLED! Andrew Garcia
Andrew Garcia was a Top 10 finalist on season nine of American Idol. He is also an advocate for people of color pursuing careers in the arts. arcia was recently featured in the American Idols LIVE! Tour 2010. Part of Asian Pacific American Heritage Week. The Cultural Night program begins at 7:00 p.m. and features a varieties show, followed by Andrew Garcia's presentation. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.

Web Accessibility: Recent Research and Policy Activity
Jonathan Lazar is the founder and director of the Universal Usability Laboratory at Towson University, where he is a professor of computer and information sciences and director of the undergraduate program in information systems. His research interests are web usability, web accessibility for people with disabilities, and public policy in Human Computer Interaction. Part of the Emerging Technologies Conference.
