Artwork Drop-off for Art Inspired Student Juried Exhibit
ISU Students are invited to submit artwork for consideration for the Art Inspired Exhibit. Students of any major can drop off up to 3 artworks in any media. Chosen artwork will be on display in the Pioneer Room February 2-March 19.
Research Workshop: Finding Funding Opportunities
"Using Campus Resources to Find Funding Opportunities." In this hands-on training you will learn how to strategically use websites and proprietary databases to identify and connect with funding opportunities and to set up saved searches, shared opportunities, and receive funding alert emails.
Retirement reception: Jeslyn Jackson
Jeslyn Jackson, a secretary in the English department, is retiring. A program will begin at 3 p.m.
Workshop: The Pedagogy of Canvas Quizzes
Participants will learn how to use Quizzes in Canvas. The workshop will focus on practical ways to customize Quiz Settings as well as create and administer Quizzes with a variety of question types to accommodate specific learning situations. Quiz Moderation and Analytics will be also explored.
Striped Cutting Board Class
Using strips of hardwood like maple, walnut and cherry, create a cutting board that will be a beautiful addition to your kitchen.

The Wizard of Oz
This all new production is an enchanting adaptation of the all-time classic-- totally reconceived for the stage--contains all the beloved songs, favorite characters and iconic moments from the Oscar-winning movie score. There are also a few surprises along the way, including new songs by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Lecture: All We Do is Step, Stroll, Hop + Salute?!
Rasheed Ali Cromwell, a leading authority on fraternity and sorority life, will share information about Black and Multicultural Greek-letter fraternities and sororities and their extensive contribution to society educationally, socially, economically, politically and culturally.
Open Mic Night
Open Mic Night gives students the chance to show off their talents to their fellow students. Many are musicians, comedians, and poets. So come on out and show us what kind of talents you have. (Sign Up starts at 7:30 p.m. until all spots are filled)
