Open forum: CELT director candidate
Ann Marie VanDerZanden is a professor of horticulture and associate director of CELT who currently is serving as interim director. She is one of two finalists in the internal search for a director of the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching and co-director of ISU's learning communities program.

Thanos Papanicolaou is professor of civil and environmental engineering at the University of Iowa, and the Donald E. Bently Faculty Fellow of Engineering and a research engineer with the Iowa Institute of Hydroscience and Engineering.
