Workshop Series: Flipping Your Classroom
This 4-part series offers an opportunity to learn about the flipping your classroom and how to incorporate this approach into a course. A flipped classroom is an instructional strategy that reverses the traditional educational arrangement by delivering instructional content, often online, outside of the classroom. This approach moves activities, including those traditionally considered homework, into the face-to-face classroom.

Symposium: The Microbiome in Health and Disease
Prominent microbiome and AMR experts spanning human, animal, and plant sciences will engage in and deliberate on the current state of the field. Award-Winning Faculty Series: Using Case-Based Learning in your Classroom Harvard's "Winter Oak"
In this interactive session, Brad Shrader, Morrill Professor in Management, will model case-based learning by teaching a case (Harvard University's "Winter Oak"). This is the story of a young boy and his teacher as she comes to understand another way of learning and thinking. CELT has purchased copies of this case for participants, who will be asked to review the 5-6 page case before the session.
