Argentine Tango
This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. From 4 - 5pm moves for beginners are introduced with a different figure each week along with techniques for dancing better.

Learn an inexpensive way to create custom t-shirts. Using your own design, learn to make a screen with the photographic emulsion method. Bring in your shirts and print away! This class is required in order to use the Workspace screenprinting equipment on your own.
How Artists Are Transforming the Narrative on Immigration and Equality
Favianna Rodriguez is a printmaker, digital artist and cultural organizer. She is known for her vibrant posters dealing with issues such as war, immigration, globalization and social movements. She also promotes the use of art in civic engagement and leads art workshops at schools around the country. Part of the Latino Heritage Month Celebration.
Open Mic Night
Open mic night gives students the chance to show off their talents to their fellow students. Many are musicians, comedians, and poets. So come on out and show us what kind of talents you have.

Juan Manuel Dalmau Ramirez is a leader in Puerto Rico's independence movement and the Puerto Rican Independent Party (PIP). He was the PIP's candidate for governor and has served as secretary general and commissioner of the party.

Paint Your Own Pottery: Star Wars
Join us for a fun exploration of techniques in "painting" bisque. From Yoda and Chewbacca to Storm Troopers and Vader's Dark Side, use a stencil and transfer your favorite character on your piece. We will have samples for inspiration but your own ideas are always welcome too. Studio fee is $4 for ISU and $5 for public to attend plus the cost of the bisque you select. May the force be with you.
