She serves as the primary liaison to the ACE Women's Network, a national network that supports women in higher education faculty and administration. Sardella also holds an adjunct professor position in the Olin Business School at Washington University, St. Louis, and was inducted as a Laureate of the Smithsonian Institute for his social and economic impact in the field of science and technology. Associate professor of English Abram Anders will introduce narrative-based design methods that support a human-centered approach to creating an innovation strategy and communicating it through mindsets and practices that can impact behavior and performance. Participants will use these methods to explore opportunities and envision innovation strategies for adaptive leadership at ISU.
