Forestry Club: Tree and wreath sale
Students in the forestry club will sell Christmas trees and wreaths. Proceeds support club activities.
Performance: A Christmas Carol
Scrooge nears the end of his life thinking only of his business and how to accumulate even more money. Then one Christmas Eve he is confronted by ghosts of the past, present, and future; each has a lesson to teach him about where his obsession came from and where it has taken him. What will Scrooge do when the truth can no longer be ignored? All of Dickens' iconic characters come to life in the telling of this familiar and much loved story.

Cyclone Cinema: IT
Cyclone Cinema brings feature films to campus. Admission is free and the public is welcome. Concessions include popcorn (butter or kettle) and several varieties of boxed candies for $2, and bottled Coke products and water for $1.

The basics of post-award actions and frequently asked questions: How to request a PI change, who can submit a no-cost extension request, who really needs to sign a revised GoldSheet and other useful information about budgeting and managing award changes.
Workshop: Course Design in Canvas
Participants will learn how to design courses in Canvas, facilitate easy and intuitive course navigation and pace instruction. This workshop will highlight the mechanics and pedagogy behind Homepage, Syllabus, Content Pages and Modules in Canvas. Participants will learn about best practices for creating, organizing and structuring content in Canvas courses.

World Soil Day

However, despite the essential role that soil plays in human livelihoods, there is a worldwide increase in degradation of soil resources due to inappropriate management practices, population pressure driving unsustainable intensification and inadequate governance over this essential resource.

Lecture: Social Equity of the Public Realm
Scott Jordan, a principal at Civitas in Denver, Colorado, has led large-scale, complex projects in some of the most contentious areas of the country. Through these experiences he has developed a passion for engaging the public in the design process. CODAC Fall Sale
First day of three-day sale of artwork by integrated studio/visual arts students sponsored by CODAC (College of Design Art Club). Work may include ceramics, prints, photos, woods and textiles. Most items range in price from $5 to $150. Most proceeds go to the student artists; the rest help fund club activities.

Assignments are a backbone of the course's Gradebook in Canvas. Participants will learn to create and manage Assignments and Assignment Groups as well as explore how the Gradebook is connected to the organization of Assignments. Participants will experience the power of SpeedGrader for efficient and effective grading.
