To celebrate effective teaching, advising, and mentoring, the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT) partners with ISU Learning Communities, Multicultural Student Affairs, Student Government, and Graduate and Professional Student Senate for the annual recognition project #CyThx at Iowa State University.

Innovation Workshop: Creating Innovation Strategy Using Narrative-Based Design Methods
Associate professor of English Abram Anders will introduce narrative-based design methods that support a human-centered approach to creating an innovation strategy and communicating it through mindsets and practices that can impact behavior and performance. Participants will use these methods to explore opportunities and envision innovation strategies for adaptive leadership at ISU.
