ISU Theatre: One-act play festival
Experience the fresh perspectives and innovative talents of ISU Theatre studentdirectors! For the first time, our annual Advanced Directing One-Act Play Festival stars in our season lineup. Judith B. Tankard, landscape historian, author, and preservation consultant, will survey the inspirations, characteristics, and development of garden design during the Arts and Crafts Movement.
Argentine Tango Drop-In Lessons
This Milonga (dance party) is a multi-level class with lots of time to enjoy the music and dance. Classes meet every Sunday and drop-ins are welcome. Purchase a dance punch card and attend as often as your schedule allows. Open to ages 18+.
Songwriter Showcase: The High Crest
The High Crest music is a blend of dueling guitars and powerful harmonies infused with soulful harmonica, resonator guitar and the groove of djembe hand drum. Featuring Kat Darling on vocals, guitar and djembe, and Aaron Earl Short on vocals, guitar, Dobro and harmonica, their roots Americana sound lead into shared storytelling, humor and reflection.
Cyclone Cinema: The Matrix Resurrections
Cyclone Cinema is presented by the Student Union Board and showcases a variety of film genres, screening a different movie every weekend Thursday - Sunday during the semester. Sunday film screenings are in open caption format. All other screenings can be open caption as well, as long as the request is made to the staff prior to the movie starting.

"Wilhelm's Way: The Inspiring Story of the ISU Chemist Who Saved the Manhattan Project," author and scholar Teresa Wilhelm Waldof is the world's leading expert on the Ames Project section of the Manhattan Project and the granddaughter of Dr. Harley Wilhelm, co-founder of the Ames Laboratory on the Iowa State University campus. A book-signing will be held after the event.

Online workshop: Intro to Citation Management Tools
Learn about several citation management tools widely used at ISU - EndNote Web, Mendeley, Overleaf, and Zotero. In a breakout session, you'll focus on one of these tools, start your own free account, get useful tips, and have your questions answered by a library specialist. Registration required.
Grade Submission Using Canvas
The Canvas Gradebook is used to calculate students' grades throughout the semester. This workshop will focus on using the ISU AdminTools: Submit Grades tool to transfer midterm and final grades to the Registrar. Attendees will also learn strategies to ensure a transparent grading process throughout the semester.
