Seniors Graduating Spring 2019
Seniors graduating Spring 2019 should submit a Graduation Application after registering for final course work. Submit via AccessPlus (student tab, graduation, application).
Workshop: CELT Accessibility Awareness Week: Hands-On Accessibility - Alternative Text
Participants will work on adding alternative text to their pictures, graphs, and tables in their online course and documents. Please have samples of pictures, graphs, and tables available to use during the session or be prepared to search for these at the beginning of the workshop.
Workshop: Using Free, Openly-Licensed Textbooks in Your Classroom
Are you concerned about the impact of high textbook costs on your students? In this workshop, a representative from the Open Textbook Network will guide you through the the benefits of open textbooks and answer your questions. Capacity is limited and open textbooks are not available for all disciplines.
Open forum: Faculty experience work group
Members of the faculty experience work group will provide a high-level review of results from the COACHE and Campus Climate surveys and solicit ideas for maintaining and improving a positive faculty experience at Iowa State.
