Conference: Rural aging
"Rural Aging Conference: Living and Aging Well." This day-long conference will cover specific topics related to aging, such as nutrition and wellness; physical activity and health; psychosocial aspects of aging well; living alone versus living lonely; and health benefits of journaling. Social and behavioral health expert Marcia Ory will serve as the keynote speaker.
Dreamweaver -- Level II: Tables and More Links

Reception
Celebrate the change of leadership in the office of the Vice President for Research and Economic Development. Sharron Quisenberry starts April 1 as the new vice president, succeeding interim vice president Ted Okiishi. There will be a brief program at 4:30 p.m.; reception continues through 5:30 p.m.
Dance social
Free dance social, hosted by the ISU Ballroom Dance Club. No partner required. Dress is casual, but indoor shoes or socks must be worn in the studio. Social ends at 9:45 p.m.
Recital: Krassimira Jordan, guest piano
Solo piano recital given by Krassimira Jordan, artist-in-residence and professor of piano at Baylor University, Waco, Texas. She is the guest clinician at the 2009 ISU Keyboard Day (April 4). Jordan is funded in part by the Alvin Edgar fund for the Performing Arts, a part of the Iowa State University Foundation.
