In this hands-on Blackboard Learn workshop you will learn how and where to upload your course syllabus, post assignments, create and manage announcements, send email, enroll students using the ISU Admin Tool, add TAs, course builders, or guests, organize course materials, add instructor contact info with photo, access the Grade Center, and more.

Workshop: Grade Center Essentials and Beyond
Explore Blackboard Learn's Grade Center and see how it integrates with Assessment Tools (Tests, Assignments) & Interactive Tools (Graded Discussions, Journals, and Blogs). Learn how to add, modify, organize, show/hide, remove grade columns, and how to use Bb Learn to calculate and submit Midterm and Final Grades. Experience multiple options for entering and modifying grades -- and adding comments and feedback.

You will see a demonstration and become familiar with the benefits and logistics of the Retention Center, early warning system, course reports, item review statuses, item selective releases, Grade Center's smart views and color-coding.
