31st annual Run for the Roses

Performance: Out of the Fire, The Banned Books Monologues
Channel: ISU Theatre
2:00 pm @ Fisher TheaterThe Forward Theatre Company of Madison Wisconsin first performed this series of monologues written mostly by those in the area on the subject of banned books from various points of view. Banned books included range from "James and the Giant Peach" to "Lady Chatterley's Lover". Permission has been given for ISU students to include their monologues on the subject as well. This production opens on the Friday of National Banned Books Week.
Printmaking Demonstration with Master Printer Asa Wentzel Fisher

Asa Fisher from 505 Press of Ames will be demonstrating relief and letterpress printmaking techniques while also providing insight and commentary on the current exhibition of prints by Amy Worthen.
