Artful Yoga
This practice will enrich your yoga experience by going beyond the physical and inviting an artistic perspective to your awareness. Please arrive a few minutes early for a brief discussion of the current exhibition with a yoga twist. The practice will begin at 5:30. No yoga experience is necessary, but please bring your own mat. Research Workshop: Writing Winning Grant Proposals
"Writing Winning Grant Proposals." Addresses both practical and conceptual aspects that are important to writing competitive grant proposals. The workshop is tailored to meet the needs of the audience, focusing on the funding agencies (federal, private, and/or industry) that are of greatest interest to the attendees. Emphasis is given to doing the "extra" things that can make the difference between success and failure.
Symposium: Rock On in Retirement
The symposium features three presentations: "Fraud, Financial Scams and You," "Analyzing your Genome: What it can Tell You," and "Organizing your Financial House." Preregistration is requested.
