"Building a Rain Garden." Rain gardens can be an ideal way to protect local water sources while adding beautiful plantings to a well-drained yard. Horticulturist Jessie Liebenguth will talk you through the steps and provide resources you can use to create your own rain garden. Preregistration with prepayment is encouraged by April 7.
Simon Tam is an Asian American author, musician, activist and motivational speaker. The Office for Responsible Research, Office of the Attending Veterinarian and Laboratory Animal Resources are offering software training for researchers who submit IACUC or IBC protocols. Participants will learn how to navigate the new electronic protocol submission system, a-tune. Training topics will include creating and submitting a protocol, and, for animal users of LAR, how to order animals and manage animal records.

Students may purchase the toolbox for $6 after class or we will use them for our Art Mart fundraiser. The orientation is required in order to use the woodshop on your own.
