Part of the reason some people have a difficult time maintaining a mindfulness practice is because they believe one or more of the myths of mindfulness, such as you're supposed to stop thinking.
Afternoon Wheel Pottery Class
An introduction to creating functional pottery on the wheel. Start with the building blocks of centering clay and pulling cylinders, and move on to make bowls, mugs, and other forms. Class meets Tuesdays from 2:30-5:30pm for 6 weeks with instructor Valerie Williams.
