Fifth annual Graduate Program in Sustainable Agriculture research symposium. Keynote lecture, "Sustainability in the 21st Century: From Greening to Resilience," Fred Kirschenmann, Distinguished Fellow, Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture. A Q&A session and poster presentation will follow. Free and open to the public.

Dr. Fred Kirschenmann, Distinguished Fellow with the Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture and ISU Professor of Religion and Philosophy, will make the keynote presentation. The title of Dr. Kirschenmann's presentation is "Sustainability in the 21st Century:
From Greening to Resilience."


Time will be available after the presentation for questions and discussion. Following the discussion will be a poster session in the South Ballroom, highlighting current research conducted by the GPSA. Snacks and beverages will be available.

The program begins at 3 p.m. in the Sun Room with the presentation of the GPSA Interdisciplinary Research Award. Dr. Kirschenmann's address immediately follows. The poster session concludes at 6 p.m.
