Astronomy Lectures

Are you curious about space? Do you wonder about what you can see in the night sky? If so, bring your questions and come to the ISU Planetarium to learn more. The first show, starting at 6:30 p.m. will be 20 minutes and for kids. Shows at 7 and 7:30 p.m. and are suitable for all ages. Tickets will be available at the door starting at 6:15 p.m. Seating is limited. Weather permitting there will be an outdoor observing session after the last show.

Other acting roles followed, including as Elvis Presley in the acclaimed Johnny Cash biopic Walk the Line. He eventually returned to music with the 2012 release of Forget the Storm, which hit #2 on Billboard's Heatseekers Albums

This is a four part course on Tuesdays, October 7, October 14, October 21, and October 28 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. This four-part workshop will cover the basics of photography including equipment and how to use it, depth of field, aperture, light, composition, finding your subject and tips and tricks. Each class is broken into 3 parts: classroom discussion, hands-on practice taking pictures by the students and review of the images taken.
