The Workspace and Ames C.art are takin' our craft to the streets! Yarn bombing is a fun and creative way to use up leftover yarn or find something to do with an unfinished project while adding temporary public art to a space. Because it can be eventually removed with just a pair of scissors it is also environmentally friendly.

Saturday will be a drop-in work day, and participants will help decide where the final project will be installed. We will have knitting/crochet supplies but if you have some yarn you would like to use up and needles bring them along. All levels of knitters/crochet-ers are welcome to participate!

Sunday will be the installation day and is open to anyone who would like to assist.

If you aren't able to attend but would like to donate supplies or swatches you may drop them off anytime during open hours.
