Explore the photographic potential of the winter landscape in this unique once-per-month series taught by Mark Stoltenberg, of Mark Stoltenberg Photography. Learn the fundamentals of winter photography, from preparation to practice to processing. Graphic designer and brand strategist Sol Sender, a partner at VSA Partners and founding director of the IBM Design Lab, will discuss his work in the ARTGR 281 Introduction to Visual Communication and Branding class. Sender is best known for creating President Obama's 2008 campaign logo. His lecture is free and open to the public.

She received the 2012 Female Food Hero award in Nigeria.
