Put down your controller and warp to The Workspace to create a tangible tribute to your favorite video game. Find hearts, gems, and fairies from Zelda, choose a character or icon from Animal Crossing, paint Skyrim dragons, spell books, and all things medieval, make an adorable blue hedgehog, and other favorites. Prepare to embark on a journey to create your own gaming-inspired masterpiece!
Celebration: Science II Prairie is 50
The Science II Prairie, located between Science and Science II halls, is 50 years old this year. Enjoy free cake and brief remarks by Agriculture and Life Sciences dean Dan Robison and former student Pat Schlarbaum, who was on campus when the prairie was established.
Dean's Charrette Lecture: Informality and Landscapes of Care
Cristina Dreifuss-Serrano and Jose Cepero Saravia, architecture and design researchers and educators from Peru, will consider the impact of informal settlement patterns and construction on cities and their residents and propose alternative strategies for intervention, aiming for low-tech, low-cost, care-informed design processes that enhance human interaction. This is the College of Design Dean's Charrette 2023 Keynote Lecture.

Cyclone Cinema: Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One
Cyclone Cinema is presented by the Student Union Board and showcases a variety of film genres, screening a different movie every weekend Thursday - Sunday during the semester. Sunday film screenings are in open caption format. All other screenings can be open caption as well, as long as the request is made to the staff prior to the movie starting.
